Jampackedltd will remove agreed-upon items from the premises as per the booking.
Items not specified in the quotation may incur additional charges.
We reserve the right to refuse removal of hazardous, illegal, or biohazardous materials.

All quotations are free and valid for 14 days.
Quotes are based on volume, weight, and labour required.
Prices may vary if the job differs significantly from the description provided at the time of booking, full payment will be required before removal of any items
Cancellations within 48 hours of the job may be subject to a fee
No-show or last-minute cancellations may incur full charges.

Jampackedltd will take reasonable care but is not liable for accidental damage unless due to proven negligence.
The Client must inform us of any fragile items or areas requiring extra care.
The Company has public liability insurance up to £1 million
It is the Client’s responsibility to insure valuable contents prior to clearance.

The Client confirms they have full ownership or authority to dispose of the items.
Once removed, items become the property of Jampackedltd and may be sold, recycled, or disposed of as we see fit.
Valuable items mistakenly cleared are the Client's responsibility unless prior notice is given.
